1. 30% deposit upon completion of booking.

2. In civil cancellation we use 2 procedures.

a. 10% discount on the total price with no right of cancellation

b. Without 10% Refund of deposit 60 days before arrival on possible cancellation 100%.

Cancellation 30 days before the return of 50% of the deposit in any other case the deposit is not returned and the property is released.

3. Payment of the reservation will be made 30 days before arrival. Otherwise, in case of non-payment, the Villa is not available.
